BG FIT
BG FIT (Fit Integration Technology) is a proprietary bicycle system consisting of trained fit technicians, cutting edge fit tools, and a unique fit assessment process that will enable you to ride faster, longer, and in greater comfort.
Pre-fit Assessment:
During the BG pre-fit assessment, we will ask a series of questions designed to help us understand your cycling history, goals, and unique physical characteristics. Next, we will lead you through over a dozen tests designed to evaluate your body’s structure, flexibility, strength, and the possibility of a leg length discrepancy from right to left.
Riding Assessment:
The on-bike riding assessment allows us to analyze the body’s position and pedal stroke in dynamic fashion. The assessment focuses on the correct alignment of the rider from all planes of motion (sides, back, and top), ensuring that the rider is in the most functional position. We will assess proper hip, knee, and foot alignment (cleat position), an essential ingredient in allowing anyone to medal with maximum power and efficiency, minimal pain and less chance of injury.
